Q: I am interested in hair extensions. What are my options?
A: Hair extensions come in many options that are fun and glamorous. Make sure your stylist has experience with the kind of extensions you select. Temporary clip-ons are the least damaging to your hair. Once your stylist has designed and created your total look, you can reapply the clip-ons yourself. Another approach, which I recommend, is having your experienced stylist weave the extensions into your own hair. Then you can wear your hair down or up for special occasions. A third approach is gluing the extensions into the hair shaft. However, this can damage your hair so please consult a stylist before you have this type of extension added into your hair.
